This looks sick, I cannot wait for this.
I wish this style interested me more. Nightmare before Christmas & Coraline, James and the giant peach, none of these visual styles appeal to me. Love to see new & original material though!

Peele and Selick is an unobvious yet sublime pairing, could be an all-timer.
Good enough for a trailer but not too much to spoil the whole plot. Just the right amount to make me go, “What the devil was that? I want to see more of it!” And just in time for Halloween.
Okay, after last weeks poster reveal was such a massive letdown, it’s good to see the film in motion reinflating the hype for this. It looks great! The sillhouette stuff reminded me of the Gorillaz, and that rotating camera shot in the school hall was very Donnie Darko
I’ve been waiting for another Henry Selick movie for so long. Imo he’s my favorite animated director, he’s able to create such unique worlds and they usually have something sinister about them.
This looks exactly what I was hoping for. And with Peele also writing, I feel like the script and story will really be great.
What an amazing year though for stop motion(especially horror) with MAD GOD, The House, and now this. I hope we get some more stop motion set in a darker setting, the animation style can give it so much flair and freedom to what the creators want.

I can’t believe it’s been 13 years since he made Coraline. One of my all-time favorite animated films. Such a fantastically dark concept and story that’s executed so well. I think it’s absolutely brilliant. I can’t wait to see this.
Absolutely love Coraline and stop motion animated Halloween flicks in general, so I’m psyched for this!

Very excited! Pretty sure the backing track on this trailer is a cover of The Heavy’s *How You Like Me Now,* which I hope is in the official soundtrack.
