Never heard of the original till now, but this trailer was really cool and I looked up the concept of the original movie and this could be a really interesting show. Really glad HBO keeps going all-in on interesting miniseries.
*Irma Vep* is one of my favorite films of all time so I’m cautiously optimistic of this. But I’m basically Assayas’ bitch at this point so I’ll watch anything he does lol.
Assayas using his projects to just work through his feelings on superhero movies and cop shows and the Fast & Furious franchise is so funny to me.
