I can’t imagine how policing a city with enhanced individuals would end up. I guess police shootings of innocent people would be incredibly high and justified with “I thought he had super strength” or some shit.

When he’s in slow motion why do the shotgun shells fall as if affected by gravity in real time when just his body is moving at an enhanced speed and time isn’t actually moving slower? Plothole, literally unenjoyable.

This shit never makes sense to me, you see it a lot in anime. I get that they want to show you how tough the sky cops are, by easily beating a monster that easily beat cops that we recognise. But it still annoys me as the cops bullets are bouncing off of his face, so why keep shooting the same guns? Get away from the big bastard.

I sat down last week and knocked this series out. It was extremely good. I was not expecting much out of it so my expectation levels were rock bottom… especially after the game nosed dived at launch. I was amazed at how well done the story and lore was written. Definitely worth the hype if you’re into the cyberpunk lore at least (even if you don’t like the game)
By the time this show was over I found myself reinstalling the game and adding lots of mods just to get more (not the same though). I wish they used this story in a future DLC for the game it would have been epic. I guess this show coincides with some patch they did where they added some lore and missions that overlap the anime and game together.
I noticed the other day they got some other DLC coming (2023 I think?) that doesn’t look as cool from the trailer I saw, but we shall see.
