    Sifu is the game in case anyone is wondering and yes, it’s absolutely fantastic.

    The learning curve is steep, but when you get, you really get it. Controls are smooth. Levels are interesting. It’s nearly perfect in terms of length.

    Probably would not have been able to beat it without a bug which caused me to never age.

    I understand using cheap potentiometer based sticks in standard controllers to keep the price down (& profit margins up).

    But it’s insane to me that most of the really expensive “pro” controllers out there just use the same cheap alps modules as their bargain bin equivalents. Sega was using hall effect sensors in their analogue sticks way back in 1994. A nearly 30 year old Saturn controller shouldn’t be outliving a current €200+ edge/elite/pro controller.
