They should make a remaster of this.
One of the first games I ever played and completed
Microtransactions ruining gaming. half of all gaming budget is for fucking cellphone game ads.why make gta6 when morons will buy golden planes and play gta 5 for ten years.
If you were to make a new game set in the time frame gap between the year San Andreas takes place and the release date of the game, this new game would be set in 2010.

The way graphics evolved 3 years later in gta 4 was mind blowing.

Damn. I still remember how vice city was a massive success.
I got a lift into town with my mum on her way to work to buy it as I was only 16, then I rushed to get the bus home, sat playing that bad boy all day! Little memory of mine nobody will care about lol
Playing the vigilante missions in the Apache and hitting all three cars while they were passing under a bridge with one shot at maximum rocket range in the mist…
This game made me feel like a god.
Just saying, if you have the Original PC version, GOG or possibly steam version.
You can get a mod called San Andreas: MultiPlayer or “SA:MP”.
The steam version might be funny about the extra files.
Plenty of populated servers.
So I went backwards, I played through GTA5 first, working on GTA4 now. I know this game is “aged” Not sure if I want to try it. I am playing for the story and fun driving

If I remember where I was when this came out, and then remember all the crazy shit in my life since then, yeah 17 years sounds about right.

San andreas was the best gta. Vice city was a close second.
