Maybe the breath of the wild/Tears of the Kingdom world and the paper Mario world, it’d be cool to see all the unique shit that would pop into existence in a world that big with paper and crafts material.
In Elite:Dangerous you would fly to a planet, there you will be driving Dirt Rally or NFS or GTA between cities. In the city you would be able to work and either Mafia story there or you would be able to become mayor of Cities:Skylines. Or just buy a flat and do some Sims or play chess or OGS go. Or hack Citadel station and wake up in System Shock. There are planets with Half-Life and Doom, where you can save worlds. There are Civilization, Rimworld, Alpha Centauri, C&C:Generals and Dune 2 worlds. In the corners of destroyed planets there are some Mad Maxes, Rages and Fallouts going on. Weird how the galaxy is changing, maybe someone is Master of Orioning it a bit. There are Cyberpunk cities with some Larry playboys. Ha – you just had a nightmare and now Zuckerberg is showing you his Metaverse. You rather killed yourself.
Reincarnated, you Space Quested a new ship – unfortunately you soon landed in Arma, which then turned into DayZ across nearly the whole planet. In some basement with water on the floor and a sign that reads “beware of the leopard” you found old atari & finished your gaming night with a healthy dose of River raid.
Dark Souls but with the mining and crafting skills from rpgs. Having to actually mine titanite ore and level smithing to upgrade your weapons would be nuts.
There’s so much synergy there if you think about it. Block puzzles, lots of love interests, Link’s screams perfect for dramatic cutscenes, long requested mature Zelda story, etc.
Edit: Could even easter egg Kafei from Majora’s Mask as one of the other sheep, what with his implied Cremia fling.
