A lot of cumbia psicodélica comes from Peru, where they call it Chicha. There are a bunch of great Chicha playlists on Spotify.
Check out the song “la danza del petrolero” by los mirlos.
Also this YouTube channel called my analog journal has a really cool psychedelic cumbia dj set on it that you would enjoy
