I broke my ankle a few years ago which called for plates and screws and my whole life I’ve been an avid athlete especially when it comes to soccer and to see this it simultaneously makes me happy and sad. I hope stem cell shit will be readily available to the public by 2030
My daughter and I played this quite a bit to help her soccer training, but with one big difference — we played on a tennis court. Much lower net, and you can allow a bounce on your side before you return.
It was still a hot mess, but pretty fun! I can’t fathom doing what they show in that video…

This looks like a sport where, at the end, both teams get together and drink a *ton* of beer.
I was waiting in a restaurant to pick up my food, and literally said out loud “what the fuck” when he did the spike with his foot. Rightfully got a leering look from the two women who were next to me.

As a Brazilian who lives by the beach, footvolley is such an absurdly common ocurrence that seeing this thread in a “did you know?” way really surprised me. Then again I don’t know shit about sports people play in Asia. Heck I still don’t understand baseball, at all.
