There’s a movie about him
A person today who has the same kind of cancer Terry had can be cured because of the money that was raised for cancer research because of Terry Fox. He will always be a Canadian hero.
I keep seeing reposts of Terry Fox! I like it. My grandson told me Terry was his favorite hero! I like that also.
And every school year, schools hold Terry Fox runs to raise funds for cancer. He was a true hero.
Over $850 million raised to-date for cancer research through the Terry Fox Foundation.
He made such a huge difference in so many lives.
He stopped by our vocational school in Dartmouth early on. His buddy went on the PA system and explained what Terry Fox was doing.
Our whole fucking school emptied every cent out of our pockets.
The greatest Canadian.
Coincidentally enough 143 is also the number of times this has been posted today!
He never stopped
The interview where he quit though
I’m not crying… you’re crying
