I’m no expert, but I did work in the poultry industry (IT). If it’s from a chicken, I’m guessing the diet is lacking in calcium. It takes a lot of calcium to make a hard egg shell.
I had a rural egg supplier who did not kill his old chickens. Old chicken lay big eggs and are often wrapped in a wrinkled shell. I think that is a big eh from an older experienced bird. I’ve eaten hundreds that looked like that or weirder yet.
Bet you bought eggs from a farmer :+)
could be a turtle egg
Soaked in vinegar
You know when you get a shiver while you pee, well this is the chicken version.
I believe these kinds of eggs are used in making soft shell tacos. I’m also no expert
Sweet Whompom! Look at those FOLDS!!!
