I love this concept.
Except: The trailer shows hatched dino eggs. If they’re breeding, what’s the appeal of some embryos in a can? Wouldn’t they just go get some eggs instead?
What’s the movie with Bruce Willis?
When James Cameron wanted to buy the rights of Jurassic Park, this was his idea. Basically ‘Aliens’ with Dinosaurs.
Go full Jurassic Park 4 and make Willis 1/2 human/ 1/2 stegosaurus.
Didn’t they say that it would only last like 48 hours?
And the survivors were only able to contact the mainland about 16-20 hours after Nedry died.
Sorry, but that’s not enough time to mobilize any sort of incursion onto the island with any hope of success.
But also, if they knew that the canister was lost, surely they’d know that the park’s facilities were abandoned and they could just go to the lab and take embryos from there, right?
This is just plot hole central and I hate it.
I actually really like the concept for this, looks great, but (and this may be an unpopular opinion) but I’m still glad we got The Lost World.
is this going to be standup fight sir or another bughunt?
I’d definitely watch this. I can envision a future where a person with a bit of time and access to an AI cgi and film editing suite could make this movie.
Damn, you got me! I thought this was a real movie coming out.
I died when Sam showed up missing an arm. I have gotten all that is good out of life I need no more you motherfuckas.
That looks amazing. I mean, I liked The Lost World (aside from the end where they go to San Diego), but this looks so much better. Only thing I would add is Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neil as maybe “advisers”, but that’s about it.
Game over man
I don’t want to watch movies where people shoot dinosaurs and kill them.
I’d much rather watch dinosaurs eat humans. And it’s even better if I can imagine the victims are assholes that didn’t bag their own groceries at Trader Joe’s or whatever.
I still use Barbasol to this day because of jurassic park

That might actually be worth a watch.
That is *exactly* what I thought they were going to do in JP2 when Newman lost the shaving cream can in the rain. The only thing different 10 year old me thought was that raptors would learn how to use machine guns. Or at least the lead raptor would, and he would get a red bandanna like Rambo. Maybe the raptor was ripping apart someone wearing a white T-shirt that got soaked in the victims blood, and the torn off sleeve got stuck on his head.
This is clearly a fantasy. Bruce Willis actually cares in this. 🤣
If comparing to Aliens, missed opportunity to call it Jurassic Parks lol
Tears of the son is perhaps the best mk23 movie
When I saw that can in JP1 I somewhat expected the sequel to have something to do with it. They seemed to really make a big point about that can in the first movie and then they just dropped it in the mud and it was forgotten.
Awesome editing. I definitely had (vaguely) the same idea. You can’t recapture the magic of the first, and they’ve sequeled it to death, so if another JP movie is going to come out, why not take it in a different direction and make it super gritty and intense? Just dispense with the comedic relief and the family blockbuster angle and go for – as you put it – an Aliens style thriller.
Would 100% watch this.
My two takeaways from this are that I wish this movie was real and its been a long time since I watched tears of the sun and that will be incorporated into my weekend.
Hold onto your butts!
After watching the trailer for Dominion, I’d like to pretend World never happened.
I’d see that. 🤷🏼♂️
Is this fan made?
nevermind just watched it
This is very good
I feel like this would have been a James cameron film, not a Spielberg film, hell we got the Spielberg film
For those wondering, it’s a spliced up fan made trailer. It’s not an indie fan movie.
A movie adaptation of Turok would be nice.
Ok this actually would be epic though
They actually did release this in North America as a Telltale video game.
This was my theory of what the 2nd movie would be about.
I would have seen that.
Holy shit that trailer is awesome
Wait how would Sam Jackson’s character still be alive? Like he someone stuck around the research facility after having his arm ripped off?
It is weird that it took 30 freaking years for the Jurassic Park franchise to finally take place in America with the final Jurassic Park film trailer today. We saw a brief glimpse of this at the end of Lost World in 1997. Youd think Jurassic Park 3 would have taken place in America or in some other civilization. Now it just feels like 30 years to late.
You could still make an interquel about this story. Spielberg did the shot of the barbsol being covered in mud because he felt that item would make for a good sequel.
I’d like to see a Jurassic park made like alien 2 to be honest it sounds like it would be pretty great.
