Really it is more like, even on my day off, I get a 2 hour window maybe, to play non-stop with no interruptions before there is some chore, or activity to do, or someone asks for something. I have been known to take an entire sick day, just to be alone in the house and play games while everyone else is at school or work.
My reflexes have slowed down exponentially. Late 30s gamer here. Reason why I don’t play online FPS anymore
That’s not age, that’s just poor health. Definitely correctable.
If you’re having this at 30 then it’s time to look at changing your exercise and diet habits as opposed to your gaming habits.
As someone with chronic high blood pressure, I wish this was me.
