Except we did not know it as ‟Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope”. We just knew it as Star Wars.. Released in the middle of summer, without a whole lot of fanfare as I remember it, but from the reaction of everyone that I knew it sure got a lot of attention by word of mouth, and very quickly at that.
