I guess it’s a matter of perspective. For us it’s a major drought but for them it was baseline. Same with everything their finding. So are we in a historic drought, or just emerge from a historic flood?
They really dance around saying that it’s not a new discovery until the end. Just don’t need scuba gear to see it anymore
