My goodness those guys are thirsty.
Store them in the fridge standing in a bowl or cup of water about half an inch deep. They need hydration even after they’ve been picked. It helps a lot with their texture when eating them as well.
My bigger question is why they’re in the pan with the rubber band still on them.
