Jeez, I just loved this show back in the day! I used to tape it religiously on my dad’s VHS tapes. It’s amazing how no studio streams this show.

They used a lot of Motown songs in it–and Bruce Willis was constantly singing Motown songs. I wonder if that’s part of the reason it’s not streaming. Too many issues with music rights?

My mom absolutely loved this show and Bruce Willis was the first white dude was in ‘in to’ like that. She set her sleep schedule (she worked graveyard as a chicken plant) to watch that show lmao. Seeing high energy young Bruce…even for those Seagram’s wine cooler commercials vs the guy that’s mailed in the last 15 years of his career is pretty striking.

Just bought seasons 1-3 on DVD last month for my wife for Valentine’s Day. We are enjoying watching a episode a night. Season 4 is going be hard to find at a reasonable price. Yes there are lots of times songs are playing or the David is singing that would be a issue.
Great first season, maybe 2. Then spiraled out.
Someone should petition for this show to stream.
