    The sugar is consumed by the kefir in the fermentation process. See how those ingredients are in brackets, those are the culture ingredients.

    “Added” is different. Foods that have like apples and lists ‘no added sugar’ while having sugar on the nutrition facts.

    Maybe the cane sugar is innately there? They didn’t add anymore sugar. It’s just been there from the beginning.

    The issue is “added sugar” doesn’t actually nean “addedsugar”, it means an amount of sugar in excess of your body’s daily value.

    Which is why a bottle of pure honey is considered 100% added sugar.

    The FDA are out to confuse you.
