There’s a local shop in my area called “Stark Enterprises”, owned by one Anthony Stark.
Some agricultural products are irradiated for purposes of extending shelf life, testing, seed germination. I’m not an expert on the whole thing, but it’s possible this is an actual irradiation service. Given it’s listed as an LLC I’d say it’s very likely.
