It’s an enigma that somehow a bunch of people can afford, spread over multiple games, and on top of their other expenses like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. seriously though, how do people pay for all of this shit?
It is a subscription to a game for extra stuff you wouldn’t be allowed to have elsewise.
A lot of the extra stuff can only be gotten by playing the game a lot and having the subscription going.
Ruined basically every game that has it. I remember guys telling me a WoW sub was a ripoff. Those same idiots pay for a battle pass w/o question. I don’t get it.

In a simplified way: if a game a has a battle pass system, as you play you earn points and get stuff for free, not great stuff, but stuff, but you can pay money to get better stuff. Very frowned upon in the gaming community

You buy a battle pass every season and you get access to that season’s premium content(cosmetics, emotes, etc)….after you earn them. That’s how it works in Halo Infinite at least.

In fortnite I mostly get the battle pass for free because of save the world, I’ve seen some bad battle passes and some good ones. The bad ones offer an advantage/gouge and the good ones are just free shwag for gaming.
