    These aren’t the same. The movies explain that Turbo has a moto in its shell and can go really fast. It’s inventive but coherent with the movie’s logic.

    Why you ask how he doesn’t die by losing its mucus is because it wasn’t explained by the movie. The movie keeps saying that the only difference is its speed, so the question is legit.

    In adults movies, when you notice an incoherence in the script people use to say “common, the guy can fly, it’s not possible neither, it’s the same”. Well, it isn’t. A movie sets some rules, no matter how unreal they are and it’s OK. The problem is when it doesn’t follow these rules.

    And yes, I took the question too seriously.

    I don’t know how to put into words how often l feel this. If l miss it my wife will spot the logic hole. I don’t watch things a second time because l can enjoy it once, l see holes a second time.

    Being a counter-realist is my thing. I always challenge the exaggeration presented via imagination with a feasibility study of what the most likely outcome would be if attempted in real-world conditions.
