Misspelled ‘friends’
you went to the beach together, surviving possible trip time but at least planning and commitment to be somewhere together. obviously there’s more than “nothing” to their “friendship”… but it seems red is just a jackass who didn’t say that he wants out before going on the trip
Its not low. Its truth for probably everyone. Childhood friends feel special because of how things are experienced in an intense way when you are a kid and how you remember things later on even if your emotional and experiential palette is vastly different later on. Real substantial friends are made as adults. Its not a competition about trading secrets or measure how close your new friends are. Its about having long term loving compassionate sympathetic attitude towards each other and caring about each other, and growing as a person in their eyes.
I’m not even friends with people i have everything in common with
As long as you’re not dicks to each other, that means your friendship is actually pretty valuable.
They represent a doorway to an entirely distinct life. At that point, it’s all about just hanging out on the beach.
It’s honestly just sad when that happened to me
