Sounds like ATDI mixed with Placebo, throw in a bit of PinkShinyUltrablast. 10/10
One of my favourite Kiwi bands. My other favourite songs of theirs [Beelines to heaven](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRBG9nXV1sk) and [Fingerpops](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rntb_E8-8fE).
Pavement but the toilet flushes the opposite direction.
There’s so much 90’s going on there.
Ewwww, everything here is noise…. 🙁
I was introduced to Garageland by a foreign exchange student from NZ I became friends with in high school. I think of him every time I hear them.
Love seeing older bands here recently.
Getting archers of loaf vibes from these guys, good ass shit! I always feel bad when I hear an awesome band I had never heard of before playing my favorite style of music, there is simply too much to discover and too little time in which to do it!
I was gonna say, this is pretty bad for mid to late 90’s, but then saw they were a kiwi band.
Makes a bit more sense now, but still not great
I’ve been waiting for Garageland to show up here. They’d easily have 5* the following if they’d simply come from Britain rather than NZ.
So good. Like The Pixies mated with Belle and Sebastian.
This is one of the many, many bands formed after listening to the Pixies. Nothing wrong with that.
