TL;DR: Frostpunk set in space.
The game itself is unforgiving and difficult and requires you to be intently focused on micromanagement of the cities needs, resources, population, and stability; similar to frostpunk. However, the largest between the two games is that Negatives buffs within the game can compound **very** quickly and lead to your downfall.
Highly recommend this game if you enjoy the city builder survival genre but with visuals, concepts and mechanics that reminds you of Stellaris. Ixion is set in a pre-Apocalyptic universe where the earth is beginning to die and a new home must be found, you are the Administrator of the Tiqqun, humanity’s Ark. During the launch of the Tiqqun’s VOHLE engine something goes wrong during the jump, accelerating the death of earth and transporting you and your crew to an unknown period in the future.
You must now survive against all odds, while finding out what happened and locate a new home for humanity. The game is available on Steam and Epic Games.

Haha. Ixion Really gave me frostpunk vibes, strange they havent added much to the game yet other than the difficulty update, wanted an endless mode where a random generated space section with different events. Never played stellaris tho so maybe Ill try that next.
If it was more optimized for Deck, I’d be down

Ixion needs a better tutorial. Or maybe I’m dumb.
Haven’t played it, seems like it has some rough edges though (looking at the steam forums). I’ll try it a bit later because I really enjoyed frostpunk and against the storm.
