nice curved screen!
We still have our flat screen tv; used it for my old gaming systems until I got a A/V to HDMI converter.
A few months ago I moved it into storage to get it out of our house and I forgot how heavy those things were. Not too mention the weight wasn’t well balanced, all of it is in the front.
Look at the fidelty!
Sheesh bro i love your setup
Good ol JVC
That TV will be worth more than the PS5 soon.
I forget how heavy those tvs were.
I can hear and feel the static from here
No antenna? That’s pretty old school
If it’s a CRT TV you’d be wise to keep it. Older systems look much better on these TVs. In fact I’ve seen comparisons that show the graphics look significantly smoother because developers knew to take advantage of these types of setups.
Now that is what I am talking about!!!
she plumpy
Bro thinks it’s 11/14/02 💀
Haha. I’m shocked it even works. Is that 480p?
I’m surprised the ps5 even has a connection option that’s not an hdmi port
JVC D Series are great CRTs. Check out /r/crtgaming if you wanna go down the rabbit hole.
congrats on the ps5. Seeing this tv is make my back hurt. I bet that thing is heavy.
Man my PC gamer friends keep trying to sell me on the curved monitor and I have to say, I’m still warming up to it.
A classic CRT. Truly the best gaming experience.
Some of those TVs had excellent input lag
Truest blacks
JVC too. You went all out there.
It’s beautiful
All my homies play on Channel 3
0 input lag 0 latency monitor
You need that s-video!
Unironically that screen might be worth more than the console.
It’s funny. When tvs were fuzzy it helped the really blocky games look smoother. With tvs sharp old games look awful. With old TV, new games still look terrible.
I love that the highest resolution thing in this picture is the reflection of your kitchen on the tv screen
“1080p or 4K?”
“No”
Nostalgia
Those TVs were fucking heavy!
Holy shit i had that tv. I played a ton of NGC and OG Xbox on that thing even my 360. I still had it up until july when i moved. Moving that heavy ass thing down 3 stories is not fun by yourself.
Best adjust that tracking pal!
How you flex and humble at the same time
There is something about the glow and warmth on a summer night with a CRT tv.
