Botw is amazing
I really liked it apart from the dungeons. I don’t think it is the best Zelda though. I prefer traditional Zelda’s still, although I know the series needs to evolve.
Collecting cool weapons only to have them break was a nah from me dog. Everything else was fun though.
I’m on my second run. Trying to find all the memories is hard.
Love it great game great experience i have played and beat every zelda and this is my favorite game of all time. This and ocarina it hard to choose lol.
I bought a Switch last year and the first game I played was BOTW, this game is fantastic but a little too long and a lot of cool ideas were underused. Like the dragons,crimson night or the holy dear. Great game but a lot of things could be improved.
I still don’t. It’s s mediocre game, it just stands out cuz most of the games on that platform are even more mediocre
It looks nice, but it‘s the most boring Zelda game I’ve ever played….and I’ve played the original wind waker where 70% of your playtime was spent traveling between islands.
I beat it and still can’t understand what’s so good about it. It’s just an empty world with dungeons that are tedious at best, no story, bad combat and nothing actually enjoyable or intriguing. Fuck even genshit impact is better
Did about 10-15 hours on this and just fell away from it. I think I just prefer the older style Zelda games. Breal pity as I was desperate to like it. Good to see so many people enjoy it though.
The game is nice but it honestly got stale quickly. Like once you get some nice weapons and armor it all just becomes trivial smashing of enemies (combat was meh). My favorite part was going to the island where they take all your loot away and leave you naked, playin from scratch is great fun.
I’ve heard the weapon durability mechanic really detracted from the game. Based on the title of this post, I’m guessing you didn’t have an issue with it.
Just how often do you have to repair weapons?
