Bloodlines itself is arguably one of the best games in gaming.
Well… the core of the game is arguably the best. Need to go and download the unofficial patch, that fixes all the bugs and restores like half the deleted content to truly get the full experience.
It’s actually crazy how they shipped this game at like 50% completion and it was still one of the best games to ever exist. Hell, the initial release had such gamebreaking bugs I couldn’t finish the game at the time. But it was still so insanely fun.
God, I wish I could experience arguing with my TV and the stop sign for the first time again.
Man, VtM:Bloodlines was just so freaking amazing. I *still* go back and play it at least yearly.
And it’s had mod and community patch support like almost none other. The nice thing about that yearly playthrough? There’s almost always new patches and mods that make it fresh without changing the core of the game.
