Unsolicited advice: I always add a . to the beginning of the names of my main soldiers/adventurers. It puts them at the top of the list of vault dwellers and makes it easier to find them for missions.

Funky thing with this game, the time is based on your time on your device, so say you play in mobile and you send your dweller out to explore, you can then go into settings and put the date and time to 5 days and your dweller would have collected everything they can carry and returned back to your vault, this might cause some problems with other apps and if you turn back time and send a dweller out the dweller won’t get anything until before the day you skipped to has passed.
Original post made me redownload the game, had good roles on my lunchboxes and sent a guy out with power armor and a railway rifle about 15-20m in. Killed an overlord, two behemoths, and a few deathclaws but ran away from a scavenger dog and almost died in a super duper mart to an irradiated radroach…
Really some XCOM logic

This made me download the game the game and on my first expedition, my poor underequipped dweller found 6 deathclaws in 25 minutes. 2 of them were enclave deathclaws. He surprisingly lived, but I recalled him after that.
Completed this game within a month of release. Uninstalled direclty after because there is nothing more to do.
