It looks like he’s specifically afraid of Trent Reznor, but I get his sentiment. I’m pretty afraid of some of my fellow citizens. We’ve gone pretty crazy.
This is a pretty good upscale, I bet they were working from film rather than video. The most noticeable problem was the back of his jacket in the first 15 seconds, how the pattern popped in discretely as the camera got closer (edit: as pointed out below, this is probably to do with compression, as it happens in 1080 but not 2160).
