Oh boy, another Netflix show with an excuse to say “Netflix” as often as possible
Soon on Disney+: “Netflix”
That’s like killing a guy, then shitting on the body
Is this like the show “superstore”
Is that Amy Santiago
Glad to see Asian Jim is moving up in the world in his acting career.
When is Amazon Prime releasing “Barnes & Noble”?
Didn’t South Park do this already?
Kids these days have no clue what life was like when we had to go to brick and mortar stores for… Pretty much everything
To be fair, Blockbuster weren’t exactly the squeaky-clean great company.
They crushed TONS of mom-and-pop video stores back when they were coming up.
I’m still salty about that. My favorite video store was a mom and pop replaced by a Blocksuckster. First place I played the Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat and Smash TV and (ugh) Pit Fighter arcade cabinets, and they were replaced with the Walmart of video rental.
I was a Hollywood video type of guy myself
As an ex-blockbuster employee i am totally pumped for this i need another “easy watching” series after finishing super store and great news
When Blockbuster turned down the chance to buy Netflix… I’m betting they didn’t see it working out this way.
Jeez it’s like Netflix killed their enemy and are now putting on a puppet show with their corpse.
This is like OJ writing that book about how he would have done it.
So, clerks?
That’s some stone-cold shit right there, be like if John Wilkes Booth starred as Lincoln in a play.
There are real people keeping the real last Blockbuster alive in Bend, Oregon. I hope they see some money out of this.
If everyone isn’t high and or hungover, they all haven’t slept with eachother within the first month, and the manager isn’t completely incompetent then it’s not the blockbuster I knew.
I like Jack Ryan, but great to see John Krasinski back in comedy
