God us battlefeild fans just want a third….juat like this…they still wont even do it.
Those were two of my favourites in the series. I wish it would go back to that, excellent single player and multiplayer was fun too.
This was a classic dice had big things going for them then from what I heard fell off majorly with the newer titles. This game at the time was the most “ realistic “ type shooter and in my opinion blew a lot of other major titles out the water like some of the cod games . I wish they’d bring this platform and style back . Also loved the fact that if someone was hiding in a rundown building or sandbagging a structure you could literally just bring down the house on top of them with 40mm .
BC 2: Vietnam was peak BF for me.

Remember when …
Pinnacle of multi-player games. Learning the drop of the sniper rifle was the most accomplished I’ve ever felt. That one map with the houses on a hill opposite a bay I once got a headshot on a guy running behind a house. Leading the target and knowing the bullet would dip behind the roof. I have never felt that satisfaction with any other game/hobby/sexual experience as I did that day.
I miss sniping on this game + the one map where it was open field into small euro-centric towns. My friends and I would all go engineer & keep the tank repaired the entire game.
Good times indeed.
This was the best battlefield game I ever played.
It should have ended with a rubber banding and killing each other at the same time, and the meta with shotgun slugs crouch sniping across the map.

EA has always been the bad company, it’s just that we played their games in spite of it because they were good. They solved the moral quandry.
Ea was a bad company back then also. They killed off so many studios even by that time also. Dice was a hood studio, ea pushed them in bad ways. Ea is too scared to be innovative and innovation doesnt always pay out.
Best game ever. It felt so good to play. Over 1000 hours ❤️❤️
I loved the original Bad Company. Preferred it.
The campaign was great. I beat it twice. On hard then normal.
