It’s however the publisher decided to upload their game install and updates, my best guess there’s no fixing this on your end
Looks like they have the binary patches thrown on top of a monolithic data store. So it has to be full patched for each one. There’s likely nothing wrong with your downloads.
Do not think this is a problem on your end. Done games just have crappy patch systems. Warhammer III Total War can take 40 minutes sometimes even though a small download.
