Ther are diffent level/ types of blindness so it probly a parshly blind persion driving. They proble have enougth vision to drive but are legally blind in some form. Like not being able to tell what on a food label but can still see the cans shapes & color. It’s not super uncommon for someone who is parshal blind to drive as long they can see other cars & sines.
I know it’s a different default sub, but this was posted to r/mildlyinteresting not even a day ago. Y’all gotta space out these reposts a bit.
