Stephen J. Cannell worked hard, and created so many shows, but this wasn’t going to make it. Knight Rider was in its decline, but Kitt helped good people and talked, and also was a principle at a school. That written, this shows opening has a S.J. Cannell feel and is totally 80s from the OCR-esk font to neon lines, and exposition “occupation unknown”.
