I’ve 100%ed SMG something like 6 times, around 3 of those no deaths on the entire run, but *nothing* will beat the feeling of collecting that one specific final star for the first time. (Fun fact you can actually die on that level, there’s a campfire you can jump on!)
As for SMG 2… I uhh… never managed to beat the final level. The last star remains out of my grasp something like 5 years later.
