What was your main gripe with this game? For me it was the tracker was always on your ass no matter how sneaky you tried to be the tracker always knew where you were

Was it the askew team composition that ruined this? I mean, the whole 4 V 1 thing or whatever it was. I understood the early days a good monster player would dominate but eventually the abilities and mechanics of hunters simply overwhelmed anything the monster tried to do. Tracking, DOTS, heals, revives, etc. Apparently even the map size and topography became a detriment to monsters versus jetpacks or what have you.

I also understand that team unity mattered a lot like if you had a team of randoms who were just flaming or whatever you just auto-lost whereas an effective team NEVER lost.

I didn’t play this but the development and demise is utterly engrossing.

I was super excited for this game. One time, I was playing with a friend and two rando’s. One rando used his abilities to actively stop us from playing the game. Trapped us in place. We couldn’t find any way to report or kick the rando. And I think we received a short lockout if we left the match. Never had a match that really felt good or enjoyable in that game. Lost interest after that.

Some cheaters soured it. Idiot team mates some times didn’t help either, I remember people complaining about my healing once when I was in fact the only one being attacked and surviving for a few minutes kiting and they couldn’t even get through a single chunk of health…

The worst though was the bug if you lost team mates as the hunters then the AI wouldn’t properly take control of them so you were left with a practically impossible 3 v 1 or even 2 v 1.
