I loved and hated this very game.
Mirror’s Edge. Did people hate that?
Tf2, the only reason why they hate it because I play it
*I mean what’s wrong with killing people while wearing silly hats with a frying pan that is worth too much*
.. Anthem… The game was so fun to play. They just fucked up so badly with the amount of content and never seemed to try to fix it until it was too late and then they abandoned it. That was one I was super pissed that the devs seemed to stop caring about it. Was a really cool interesting world with some great story elements.
CyberPunk. But most haters never actually played it.
Mafia 3. Loved it.
Infinite Warfare………………
Not sure if it can be considered hated, but back on ps3 everyone hated neptunia but I honestly enjoyed it. It was a satirical jrpg about console wars and made fun of certain games tropes which was honestly enjoyable to me. It wasn’t perfect but I had a good time, but ppl hated it as one of the worst jrpg of the ps3. But ppl were fine ff13 for some reason. I don’t get jrpg fans and I’m one of them!
Cyberpunk. Bought it release day and still play it at least once a week just screwing around with different builds. Since I’m not a big graphics guy it just played like a bethesda glitch fest anyway which I always love as well.
Far Cry Primal.
Death stranding
Kingdom Come Deliverance. Finished on my ps4 and bought it on pc with all dlc.
Many of my friends (and some streamers I follow) think the game is garbage due to some bugs and issues and difficult combat style, but I loved that game.
Is days going bad?
Can I pick the entire Wii U?
Aliens Vs Predator 2010
Starfox Adventures. It’s by no means a great game in retrospect, and I get that given how good Lylatwars and all of Rare’s previous games had been it may have been a letdown, but I really enjoyed it as a kid and I think it holds up better than it’s given credit for.
Mad Maxx. Not sure if teas hated, but it was panned. I definitely get that it is repetitive. But the car combat was well done so it was just good stupid fun. I just skipped the grind-y parts.
Army of Two
This is a constantly debated on the Arkham subreddit and maybe here as well, but I absolutely loved Arkham Origins.
50 Cent Bulletproof
Marvel Vs Capcom infinite
Is Days Gone really hated? I thought it was more overlooked because people dismissed it because they were sick of zombie games.
Darksider 1,2,3
Assassin’s Creed 3
Resident Evil 5/6
Far Cry 5 with co-op. First proper Far Cry I’ve played. Has a tense “Waco siege”-like opening. Still exploring with coop.
I didn’t loved “Days gone” but I like it enought to get platinum on it
Lords of the Fallen
Battlefield Hardline
Call of Duty Ghost
Berserk band of the hawk musou game
Homefront.
Fallout 4, I just like building stuff and blowing up ghouls.
Castlevania N64 – I thought it was really cool atmosphere wise. I also loved that you actually fight vampires in it (and can get bit and turned) which is curiously omitted from most other Castlevania games.
Castlevania 64 was overshadowed by SOTN (deservedly so) but I still thought it was a great game. Doesn’t seem to get a lot of love though.
KnnnnnnACK 2, bayBEEEE!!!
Last of us 2. Not everybody hated it but a lot did sadly.
Days Gone ain’t even hated. Didn’t get as much recognition as it deserved, but that’s true of many great games.
Anyway, I submit for your approval Battleborn, which I maintain even with the servers permanently shut down is still a better game than Overwatch.
Also, Agents of Mayhem was pretty solid even if the dungeons got a bit stale.
None of my “gaming friends” liked The Last of Us, but they all love Horizon.
I loved The Last of Us and didn’t really like HZD.
At least we all love Ghost of Tsushima.
Far Cry 2. Can’t get enough of it. People insult it by calling it a “driving simulator”, sure, but the scenery was still ahead of its time.
I loved Dead Island, but I also admit that it needed more dev time.
I’d say it’s are more polarizing than straight up hated/disliked/considered a bad game
The Last of Us 2
Dead Space 3
The FFXIII trilogy. I liked the games a lot but they get a lot of hate
Assassins Creed III, The Last of Us 2, Star Ocean 4, Final Fantasy XIII.
Mass Effect Andromeda, I put 100 hrs into that game and I loved it, yeah the controls and visuals were a little wonky but again I enjoyed it
