Get Red Dead 2. Probably my favorite game of all time
Well who cares there is an awsome top 4 and you hit it bang on
Honestly until recently Elden Ring might be in my top 5 maybe even top 3
WoW.
Any Fallout or Elder Scrolls title, The Witcher 3, any Assassins Creed title, and probably more
If you like SciFi Empyrion Galatic Survival is lots of fun:)
Those four are a good start.
All the fallouts and all the elderscrolls are top tier as well
Zelda breath of the wild, subnautica, Witcher 3, Elden Ring, No man’s sky, GTA V, Spiderman, Assassin’s creed black flag, Elite dangerous
my top 3 rn are AC valhalla, BOTW, and ghost of tsushima
Dying Light, Farcry 5, Days Gone. If you like older games, The Saboteur, Mercenaries 2, The Godfather, Dead Island.
Red dead, The witcher 3, New horizon is great as well, elden ring of course another great one. Cyberpunk is cool as well.
I’m obsessed with open world games, and I have to say kenshi is the best one imo

best open world to explore: Breath of the Wild
Best looking open world: Horizon Forbidden West and Cyberpunk 2077
best open world story/mystery exploration: Outer Wilds
best high fantasy open world: Elden Ring
best open world from real life history (but obv not 1-1 accurate): AC Odyssey and Origins
best open world to go feck around in and have simple super fun time: Skyrim and GTA
most chill/zen: Euro Truck Simulator 2
No Ubisoft Game
