Why do Netflix’s video game adaptations have to have this crappy fake anime look to them? It’s so cheap and the style just doesn’t fit Tomb Raider at all.
Hopefully this is good. Lara has never really had a great film/TV adaption despite her being so iconic and the Tomb Raider franchise being straightforward to adapt.
Looks pretty good from this short clip, haven’t played any of the games but I’ll be sure to check this out.
Why are they so afraid of giving Lara Croft her iconic duel pistols?
Its great but I want a good live action Croft.
Looks like it’s based on the video games, which means Lara is going to have massive daddy issues and at least 42 serious body injuries.
Also, this animation style is getting really old. I keep seeing it on everything :/
I just wish they would’ve stuck with the Alicia Vikander movies.
I just want more Tomb Raider games. The most recent trilogy was so good and then Square Enix sells the rights to the IP right after 🙁

Alicia Vikander, what a joke, with her delicate porcelain frame, why was she picked for that 2013 movie? And how stupid was it? She should have drowned when she jumped off that ship into the sea. She’s 8 and 1/2 stones. That’s 116 pounds soaking wet. Ridiculous.
