His career can be broken down into 3 sections and all of them are hall of fame worthy.
2001-2007
2008-2014
2015-2021
Pretty nuts.
Dang how did I not watch this game?!
Love the guy who’s job it was to secure that ball. He’s on it.
I’m thinking this Brady fella might just have a future in the game.
I hate him so much. Why does he have to be so good?
I might be a little jealous of this guy’s life.
He just tossed his 600th a few weeks ago, so this must be 700th including post-season?
Brady helping out the pats even from afar. Thanks Tom!
Tom wants all the records. He’s not going to stop till he’s got every record he can possibly get.
Now instead of Perriman being known as a pretty notorious bust in a long line of Ravens WR busts he will be known as the guy who caught Brady’s 700th TD.
What’s was the safety doing on that play? Seems like a botched coverage or bad play call. They sent 5, bucs blocked with 6, there’s 2 people that should have been some form of safety on that play.
In a world where so much divides us at least we can all unite in being happy for the 9-month-old Brady fans who’ve never seen him win a Super Bowl. I mean this is probably the best Brady moment those kids have ever seen.
The man is a robot
Funny to think that literally every touchdown Brady makes now is a record setter. Next week he’ll be the first to make 701-??? touchdowns
I wish they would find a better way to refer to a short pass with large yards after the play, saying a 58yd pass implies he threw a bomb not a 12yd pass that the WR then takes to the house.
Im from OZ so not really understanding, so he throws the ball 20 yards or so but gets credited for a 58 yard touchdown pass?
700?! I thought he just threw for 600 earlier this year and the fan that got the ball got a BTC from Tom.
The last time Brady has won less than 10 games in a regular season (other than the year he was out for the season after game one) was 2002. That includes 2016 when he was suspended for the first four games due to Deflategate (he went 11-1 in 12 games). And he went 9-7 in 2002 so he’s never led a losing team.
Just insane.
Is Tom Brady the goat of American football?
Tampa native here. Years ago, I would trash talk Brady so bad. Admitting he was the GOAT but disliking him. Now? “Ehhhh he’s not so bad…he seems like a nice guy… Aw he’s having so much fun….I’m sure his wife is a lovely person….” I hate myself.
🐐
Yea they got that ball real fast
Rough couple of weeks for the Bills: they still can’t beat New England (even when New England has literally no passing game), and now they still can’t beat Brady.
A few weeks ago his 600th TD ball got thrown to a fan. I love the hussle of this ball guy to make sure that ball stayed with the team.
“Look, Equipment Dude Tim, for fuck’s sake, we’ll give you $5,000 if you just get that ball before it goes into a fan’s hands”
“I’m on it, Coach”
As someone born and raised in Tampa we’re ready to rename the town Tompa Bay. He’s a real life super hero who woops father times ass and dudes half his age in the NFL.
That’s 35 touchdowns a year for 20 seasons! Geez…
Not to take away from what Brady did but I didn’t even know Richard Sherman was still playing football until that interception he made today.
Man I miss him. Watching the end of this game made me miss him even more. But I’m hoping the Pats got a legit replacement with Mac.
That ball guy is the real MVP.
That guy at the end, his only job was to secure that football.
He will always be GOAT
My favorite part is watching the guy hired to collect that 700th TD ball run as quickly as possible before it gets lost in the mayhem. True MVP of the game.
Ok but to be fair Brady is also the first player in NFL history
The number of people here who are criticizing the way NFL stats works as their only way to try and put down Tom Brady is crazy. Is that really all anyone has left?
For the longest time I was super critical of Brady. But dammit I have to admit…he is too damn good.
Dafuq. I was dozing off at half time and the german commentary guy said. IF Tampa manages to score 24 in one half than the other team can as well. I fell asleep turns out the guy was right.
Wise words.
I love seeing the Bucs staff member running over to save that ball.
