• I don’t know if the Hamsterdam idea would work in reality but, on the show, it worked so you knew it would get blown up. It was almost anxiety inducing, waiting for Bunny’s Hamsterdam to be found out.

  An interesting part of all these urban drug/policing shows is how the higher ups in both organizations need each other so they almost do stuff to keep each other afloat. The street cops, pushers, etc… had better lives because of Hamsterdam. The people of Baltimore had better lives. But the higher ups in city government and the police need their war and need it spread out. And some dudes like Marlo need the game. And the media needs blood 24-7.
