Question: I understand the left hand is for the beats in Stranger Things theme song, but what’s his right hand doing? It sounds like the right hand could be replaced simply by syncing with the original song.
Screw this video tbh, it’s kinda obvious he’s made this so it would appear as if he’s playing. But he’s not, he’s just triggering lights. If you don’t believe me well try one of these for yourself and then look at this video again.

Its a good mashup but I don’t know what the point of tapping buttons on the launchpad was. He’s doing nothing but lighting up buttons. It has nothing whatsoever to do with what you’re hearing.

The Stranger Things theme is just a 1357 arpeggio in the key of C major. It can probably work with a ton of songs. The theme is so popular because it evokes the exact 80s+creepy feeling that the show gives, and because it is incredibly simple at the same time.
I don’t know much about music but I don’t think any human being has the ability to perfectly blend that many vocal and music samples into one continuous song like OP is suggesting he can in the video.
I think originally this video uploader didn’t credit for stealing the work and only added it after the message. Now this person has more views/likes than the original creator. Can we, as viewers, make a difference by leaving comments and giving it a thumbs down? or at this point it’s going to get posted on buzzfeed and be swallowed whole with more likes and views?

Kaskobi created nothing original as far as the audio goes, his visual performance was the only transformative addition to this.

Whilst this has been pointed as fake. I kinda like most of the remixes for this song. My favourite one in particular is the Tronicbox 80’s remix of the song.
