i love viola davis but she might have been a bit of a miscast. she’s 2 years younger than michelle obama now playing her 13 years ago. otherwise i’m pretty excited for this. i’d be interested to see a season with hillary in it. maybe best they didn’t turn viewers off in the first season though.

Gillian Anderson is channeling a bit of her previous role as Margaret Thatcher. It seems they’re focusing on the glamour of being a first lady, I hope it’s more than just being a support in the background. Eleanor Roosevelt was rumored to be quite hands on during the final years of FDR’s presidency because of his illness.
So when is she running for president?
