Shitty art, nature edition in Hamburg, Germany. It’s called “Der Baum”=”the tree”.

I wouldn’t call that shitty
This is “Der Baum” (=”the tree”) by Hans Kock, 1965, in Hamburg-Langenhorn.
I like it
It would have been much easier and cheaper to plant an actual tree.
If you pay me $100,000 I will make you one for your yard.
I usually try not to criticize art as it’s subjective to taste and I figure there is a strong possibility I might not understand it but this time I’m just going to admit this looks like glued together scraps of demo’d concrete. That frankly, weren’t glued together all that well.
Someone hasn’t ever seen a tree before, huh?
