Yeah… It was 2001… We all went through this….
“Imagine all the paparazzi’s like…”
And she proceeds to do exactly what modern Pap’s end up doing, mimicking their futuristic behavior and mannerisms spot on.
Those first cameras had such awful quality. Even the first iPhone was not very good. It is really quite amazing how good the quality is in phones today when it was not so long ago that we had this.
Remember getting nudes that looked like a picture from Minecraft?
I don’t think I’ve ever heard Shakira speak English before. Her English is actually impressively great
I spent a few months in Japan around this time and brought my phone back to the US. People had the same reaction as in this video. But the really cool thing was the phone had an IR blaster that basically let me control any TV. I’d go to my school’s cafeteria and change the channel and everyone would be looking around confused.

I think the first camera phone I saw was from a Korean exchange student we had in school back in 2003, she had a pink flip camera phone

I know we’re all talking about camera phones, but let me just say that I got to meet Shakira about 15 years ago and she was just STUNNING in person, and very sweet and friendly. Pictures did not do her justice.
Kind of impressive how her initial amazement turned so quickly to dread as she realises the implications of everyone having a camera phone, even mimicking the familiar phone-first pose.
Wow, yeah, imagine if everyone had one.

Imagine if everyone had one of those and could record and take pictures of you whenever wherever…
It would have been funny if the lady showed her the picture and it’s a pic of Shakira’s ass.
