Having played clubs restaurants bars and god knows what else throughout the US and Alaska I can attest to these guys knowing whereof they speak.
Remember tho, that restaurants should make sure that the only thing available for the band to eat is pizza and the only alcohol that’s free should be Old Milwaukee. In cans and at room temperature.
