Smart. Why bring a glove and fight for foul balls when you can bring your daughter to guilt everyone into giving you the foul balls.
I don’t like kids. I usually can’t stand having them around when I’m out having fun with my friends. That being said, if a little tater hugged me like that I would be smiling like a damn fool the rest of the day. That was adorable.
Upon further review, I’m gonna go ahead and say that it was his intention to give her the ball. Here is a link that provides the full video of what happened. He appears to have already turned around by the time she approaches him. They either had an agreement beforehand or he decided to give it to her.
