Pappas is an incredible restaurant conglomerate.
Did you know they have their own commercial fishing operation- so they don’t buy the fish, it’s literally caught and chosen by them?
In fact most of their food is grown, raised, or caught by them.
And the family is incredibly nice. People can do a hell of a lot worse than working for Pappas restaurants.
