SNL got its mojo back!
Last night was the first time I watched SNL in years just because it was Adam driver.
I’d bet Mikey Day wrote this. It hits a lot of the same beats as the [Letters from the War](https://youtu.be/CSL1SBT7-W8?si=WagiOPF8nbe4-njd) sketch from a couple of years ago and he was featured in that. I don’t mean that as a knock, I like this kind of humor.
This one was okay, felt like it was trying to recreate the feel of that Billie Eilish Nextdoor sketch.
Almost all newer SNL sketches feel like I’m watching a high school play by the time I’m halfway through it. When I watched MadTV that never happened.
As someone who left the town they grew up in , only have kept in touch with about five people from high school, and doesn’t have Facebook this hit pretty hard.
