Do the bare minimum amount of research before making a Reddit post challenge (impossible). You don’t play as the Prince of Persia in the upcoming game, you play as a guy named Sargon who is trying to rescue him.
The *real* prince of Persia is a blonde wearing a white jumpsuit with no sleeves and all of like 16 pixels.
Not gonna lie, but as a white guy….I have to say (as much as I actually like that movie): Last week it was on TV, and I was thinking by myself “damn, most of them are the whitest actors I have ever seen” and it kinda felt off. I mean when you go eat mexican and you got a danish guy in the kitchen….makes you oO
I saw that movie in the theater and it was awful. I couldn’t wait for it to be over.
The guy at the bottom right is not supposed to be the prince so what are we discussing here?

the main character from the new game is not the prince. he is a soldier trying to save the prince.
jake did say that he regrets taking that role and will in future do some research beforehand. I think he just felt embarrassed by the role as he obviously doesn’t look like the prince. still a talented actor !

I know ubisoft are just goofy and don’t know was good but the OG remake was good sands of time and warrior within were really cool ideas for the original IP and then since they thought it looks to similar to Assassin’s creed they just killed it. But nothing is going to beat Godsmack Soundtrack and the dahaka chasing you around.
The bottom right one looks Turkish. The hair is funny but he’s undeniably persian looking.
Comments here are proof the no one knows what an Iranian person looks like. Despite having a population of 80+ million, old surviving culture and been around for thousands of years no one knows anything about them (they can look like all three)
You don’t have to let Hollywood make you racist. It’s likely many of you have already met them but don’t realize it because a lot of them are invisible minorities.
They can’t because they ain’t selling it to Persia, they are trying to sell it to not-Persian people whose knowledge of Persia comes from old shows from the 50’s with a blonde playing as a genie or cartoons where the most tolerated representation is Aladdin and he is not persian.
Second dude isn’t the prince and is actually a Persian minority, so probably a slave or something
Considering he would be the son of one of the richest and most powerful people in the know world I doubt he would be running around topless swinging weapons. He would be wearing fancy long robes and I doubt he would even walk or expose himself to the hot sun, thats what you have chariots and servants providing sunshade for.
Eh, Persian = Farsi/Iranian not Middle Eastern/Arab. Hell one of my Farsi friends has blue eyes…

Jake’s version was actually very good. Understandable about the race, but outside of that – almost the top.
The one from the upcoming game is NOT the Prince. They’ve stated that you don’t play the Prince in that game
