What?
It’s not anatomical though! The difference between the icons are their clothing, which, last I checked, had nothing to do with anatomy.
Looks like they have female, male, and between the two a stall for getting screwed, without a complete drawing we cannot tell if this is flat or Philips Head and I’ve heard good things but I always go with Hex because nobody does the geometry like Ikea. However, this is still missing a screw lose icon.
